Terms + Conditions Contract - Mandy Dempsey PHotography - outdoors

CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of an emergency and you need to reschedule, please give the photographer 24 hours notice prior to your session. Payment is non-refundable but may be transferred to another service with Mandy Dempsey Photography. Payment will be transferred solely based on the monetary value and not this special offer and is to be redeemed within 6 months cancellation notification. NO CALL NO SHOW, by the client, will result in no payment transferred to another service with Mandy Dempsey Photography. No refunds are issued. All sales are final.

RESCHEDULING POLICY: WEATHER: In the event of inclement weather - we will reschedule for the next available date and time that is best for us both. The call to reschedule due to weather will be made by Mandy Dempsey Photography at minimum of 4 hours before your session. ON YOUR BEHALF: If your date needs to be changed once you have booked your session, the photographer allows one complimentary reschedule. You must contact the photographer via email 48 hours in advance to reschedule your session. Rescheduling is subject to the photographer's availability. The client is encouraged to set a reschedule date directly following the initial cancellation. Rescheduling your session after 6 months of initial cancellation is prohibited. If you need to reschedule a second time, a $125 fee will be required to offset the loss of the photographer's income due to losing a future date and time that could have been sold to another client.

PUNCTUALITY: It's important for the client to be on-time for their session. The client is welcome to arrive 5 minutes early to get settled. If you are late, it will take away from your session time. Please contact the photographer if you are going to be late to see if arrangements are available. Subject to late fees.

PROOFING GALLERY EXPIRATION: You are required to make your portrait selections, by the proofing gallery expiration date, and send them to the photographer. If your proofing gallery has expired and you would like to view it after the gallery has expired, the client will pay a $30 reissue fee to view the proofing gallery. Your $30 fee will be transferred to the total of your portrait order. If no additional selections are made aside from what is included in the session fee, the fee is retained by the photographer.

PROOFS: Proofs are for viewing to make your portrait selections. You agree to NOT screenshot any proofs. The watermark on the proof will also remind you of this.

ADDITIONAL PORTRAIT SELECTIONS: Additional portrait selections are available for purchase from the proofing gallery.

RETOUCHING: Final retouches will be made to all portraits in your order. Overall retouch (human - eye clarity, whites of teeth and eyes, Natural skin retouch to face and my global editing style. - anything else is an additional charge) to make the portrait pop. The proofs have been partially edited and had the photographer's invested time. Proofs are not shown as RAW images. Pet hair is inevitable and will be reduced as much as possible. If the leash is extended, I will do my best to remove the extended leash.

DELIVERABLES: Online proofing roofing gallery is delivered for viewing within 7 days after your session. Final gallery of portrait selections will be delivered 7 days of receiving your order (and additional payment, if applicable). Portraits orders are added to my editing queue in the order they are received. All portraits from your proofing gallery are released as a high resolution digital download. Please no editing or altering images provided by Mandy Dempsey Photography.

RUSH FEE: Expedited orders. If you would like your final portrait order brought to the top of my editing queue, a rush fee can be applied to accommodate. Rush fee is based on the amount of images and the photographer's availability.

PRINT STORE: The photographer's professional print store is conveniently connected to your final online gallery of digital portraits. Prints can be purchased separately. Mandy Dempsey Photography is not responsible for the quality of third party print services outside of the PRINT STORE that is integrated with the final gallery.

FINAL GALLERY ACCESS: The client's online gallery of final digital portraits will be accessible for 3 months after delivery. The client is responsible for downloading their images and storing them on their own secure device.

LEASH AND COLLAR: Leash and collars will be in the portraits if worn during the portrait, so please bring one that will look nice and neutral. If the leash is held out in a straight line, I will remove it from the portrait. If your pet wears a prong collar, please bring a bandana to cover the prong collar.

HANDLING: The Client is responsible for handing and the safety of their pet during the session.

PET BEHAVIOR: If your pet is displaying aggressive behavior towards the photographer, the photographer has the right to terminate the session. Safety first. If your pet is displaying distressed and anxious behavior, especially in the studio environment, the client is encouraged to only book outdoor sessions in the future. Some pets are not comfortable in a studio environment. Honor limitations.

PET ACCIDENTS: Accidents happen. If your pet has an accident and/or damages the photographers property, the photographer will approach the incident on a case by case basis.

CLIENT USAGE: All photos you receive from this session are for personal use only. No tagging third party accounts when posting to social media (in photo or caption). No third party distribution or use for business representation or promotion. No commercial use or resale. In the event that you do these actions, you will be asked to take action to align with the terms + conditions. Failure to take action to align with terms + conditions will result in the inability to book future photography services.
